Maybe!
Any skater who takes classes through a Learn to Skate USA program is required to have a Learn to Skate USA membership. LTS memberships can be renewed at learntoskateusa.com.(https://learntoskateusa.com/)
The FSC of Charlotte does offer a LTS (Learn to Skate) membership at a reduced rate provided that the skater has a current Learn to Skate membership as well. The FSC of Charlotte LTS membership is for access to club social events only and does NOT provide for any competing, testing or voting rights.
